Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the portal or phone within 14 days of installation to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the product is cleaned and packed in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and promotional items included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to visit your home and collect the rental unit.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or adjust your rental agreement within 7-10 business days.
